Non Educational Permanent Employees are human resources who provide support to the Foundation in carrying out education management with capacity and capability, this will have a positive impact on sustainability of Foundation. This study aims determine effect emotional intelligence organizational culture performance commitment as mediation for non-educational permanent employees at Yohannes Gabriel research is causal research. In method used survey, namely by distributing questionnaires Non-Educational The population were all sample 60 respondents. Researchers PLS (Partial Least Square) an analytical method. results showed that there was no significant Emotional Intelligence Organizational Commitment, influence Culture Commitment Performance, Employee has Performance through Commitment.
